Spaces & Rates
Our spaces are available for booking in convenient 4-hour and 6-hour time blocks. If you need extra time, you have the option to book additional hours at an hourly rate. For those seeking a longer rental, we recommend considering our Wedding Package, which provides a 12-hour reservation.
When you arrive, tables and chairs will be arranged per your specifications, so that you can get right to adding any special touches you bring to personalize your celebration. Any setup and clean-up beyond tables, chairs, and A/V equipment must be completed within your reserved time block.
One of our friendly Venue Coordinators will be on-site during your reservation to help with any questions you may have.
Oliver & Morris Room
Our largest meeting space with expansive waterfront views—ideal for the largest gatherings. This room measures 30′ x 75′, and can be divided into two smaller rooms, each measuring 30′ x 37½’. In its largest configuration, the room can seat 200 lecture-style and 144 at round banquet tables. See below for all configurations.

Mezzanine & Classrooms
Our Discovery and Explorer Classrooms are great for small meetings or classes of 20, while our Mezzanine is a perfect space for cocktail hour or casual social gatherings. Take a peek over the rail for a birds-eye view of woodcraft in the Boatshop! High ceilings and large windows create a comfortable atmosphere that fosters learning. A $250 refundable security deposit is required to rent these spaces.

Includes tables and seating (depending on availability) and an 84” TV. Additional options may be added on an à la carte basis.

First Fed Commons
Can’t decide between a mountain view or a water view for your event? Why not both? Our beach-side outdoor commons overlooks Port Townsend Bay and the Cascade Mountains. This space is perfect for wedding ceremonies, outdoor classes, and activities, or even just a quick break from a meeting. Please plan on bringing or renting furniture for use outside.
Northwest Maritime Pier
Jutting out into picturesque Port Townsend Bay, our pier may be the perfect ceremony location for you and your closest. Take advantage of beautiful saltwater, Olympic Mountain, and Cascade Mountain views.
Boatshop and Boatshop Milling Room
A uniquely artisan space for a large gathering. Enjoy the authentic scent of cedar and spruce from nearby boat projects.

Stage Rental
Rent our stage platforms for your next event! The stage consists of four 4’x8’x18” platforms.
