Youth Programs
Our work with youth is at the center of our mission—to create powerful maritime experiences that educate and inspire people to adventure. We are teaching a whole new generation of sailors to appreciate our maritime heritage and preserve our traditions, while inspiring kids to discover their own adventures.
Scholarships
NWM is proud to offer scholarships to those facing financial barriers so everyone can have the opportunity to learn with us, regardless of financial circumstances. To apply for a scholarship for adult programs, please complete our scholarship application form during the registration process.

Stay & Learn
Enhance your Port Townsend maritime experience—register for programs at Northwest Maritime and book your stay at the Swan Hotel! A limited amount of rooms will be held for select classes, and a ‘Stay and Learn’ option will be available at the time of class registration. Lodging for all other classes can be booked directly through the Swan Hotel website.
