Boatshop Build Workshop

Create Your Own Schedule | 9 AM–5 PM | Cost: $599 non-member, $579 member per week

Description:

Design your own workshop! We offer a space with a workbench that you can use and have access to from 8 AM–8 PM for seven consecutive days. As a participant, you are not limited to just one week but are welcome to rent the space for as many weeks as you need as long as space is available. With the rental of the space, you will also get one-on-one instruction from the Boatshop Manager, Joel Arrington, between the hours of 9 AM–5 PM. We team up with outside businesses such as Chesapeake Light Craft and Duckworks to help you with project direction and supplies, including boat kits and rigging.

Course Details:

• For Ages: 18+ (Students under 18 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone. The chaperone and youth together will count as one participant, so only one tuition fee will be charged—contact our Registrar to register as youth + chaperone.)
• Duration: Offered June 1–December 19, book by the week
• Cost: $599 non-member, $579 member per week
