What a weekend! The 48th annual Port Townsend Wooden Boat Festival was nothing short of extraordinary. Fog, rain, or shine—you showed up. For three days, the waterfront came alive with boats of every shape and size, lively docks, packed presentations, music and dancing, and the kind of community spirit you can only find here in Port Townsend.
Now that the sails are furled and the docks are quiet again, we want to take a moment to reflect and to say thank you.
The Wooden Boat Festival exists because of you—our vibrant, dedicated, boat-loving community. Whether you joined us as a sponsor, volunteer, vendor, presenter, boat owner, or guest, you are what brings this event to life. Together, we’ve created more than just a festival—it’s a labor of love that celebrates tradition, craftsmanship, and connection.
A few special shout-outs:

From all of us at the Port Townsend Wooden Boat Festival and Northwest Maritime: Thank you for being part of this tradition. What we create together each year is truly special. We hope to see you back on the waterfront for the next Wooden Boat Festival, September 11–13, 2026.
