Yesterday was our last Bravo Team class for the year. We celebrated with a short sail in the bay- students selected teacher Daniel Molotsky to be our coxswain. It was a special day as we rowed back into the harbor- our oars making a single splash and the burbling Purple Martins flying overhead.
Joined by several parents, we finished up the year with some amazing snacks, a slideshow of our journey, and a reflection. We each chose one word to describe Bravo Team and here’s what we thought: tubular, unique, godly, community, fun, different, caring, fun-adventure, interesting, treasure, fortunate, lucky, awesome, experience, dedication, and challenge.
Our Journey was an incredible five day adventure taking us around Guemes Island, with a layover day at Pelican Beach on Cypress Island. Extra thanks to the Food Co-Op for keeping us well fed!!
