Today was our last class for the 2015-2016 school year. Because both longboats were being used by Blue Heron Maritime Discovery Program, we were able to take out the Thunderbirds Zaca and Risa. After sailing we had a celebration and debrief of our year. Some of the questions we answered were: “How would you describe this class to recruit potential crew members for next year?” and “What has the boat taught you?” “What has the crew taught you?” “What did you learn about yourself this year?”
We are grateful for a full and adventure-filled time together! Hope to see Bravo team members out on Team Longboat this summer! (Tuesdays starting in July from 5:30-7:30 pm)
