Grab your passport and travel with us to Norway for a once-in-a-lifetime, off-the beaten-path adventure vacation to Oslo, known for its world-class museums, and Bergen, which in 2020 will be hosting the annual celebration of Norway's historic vessels, coastal culture, and maritime heritage. The trip includes sailing, boating though the fjords, train rides through the incredible countryside, and a couple of surprises!

Trip Summary

First stop: Oslo

Oslo is known for its world-class museums—and we will visit the best of them! Led by our own, private, local, tour guide specializing in Norway’s Viking and boatbuilding history, we will explore the Viking Museum, Fram Museum, Kon Tiki, the Nobel Peace Center, Sculpture Park and so much more! We will be staying at a historic hotel in the heart of downtown Oslo—the perfect Oslo experience where everything is right at our doorstep.

Second stop: Bergen

After Oslo we will take the famous, scenic tour through the countryside to Bergen via car, rail and boat. Bergen is celebrating its 950th year and this summer is host to the annual celebration of Norway’s historic vessels, coastal culture, and maritime heritage. It’s a spectacular gathering of the best of the best of Norway’s historic boats and maritime foundations. We will be staying within 5 minutes of the waterfront; again, everything is right at our doorstep!
