Day Two — North side of Saddlebag Island to Pelican Beach on Cypress Island (via East side of Guemes Island crossing Bellingham Channel)

Day Three — Pelican Beach on Cypress Island to North side of Saddlebag Island (via Guemes Channel)

Day Four — Return to Anacortes

Highlights include:

— pods of Dall’s Porpoises

— Harold the swimming deer

— morning dips

— sharing tasks as a crew: coxswain, navigator, morale officer, and naturalist/journalist,

— singing / cooking / laughter / music-making, sharing around the fire…
