Chandlery Shipping Policy
Domestic Orders
- Orders within the United States will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.
- Orders to Canada will be shipped USPS Parcel Post.
International Orders
- For other International Orders, please contact us for shipping costs. Additional handling fees may apply if order requires unusual or special services or packaging.
Chandlery Returns & Exchange Policy
- Returns and exchanges must be approved by phone or email or in-store within 30 days of original purchase.
- Product must be received in NEW condition. Damaged or modified products will not be refunded.
- No refunds or exchanges will be given after 30 days from the original purchase. If the purchase is a gift, the same policy applies.
- All returns & exchanges must be accompanied with an original receipt.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply to returns.
- Shipping costs are not refundable.
